The Aachen Colloquium is an extensive exhibition and conference for the latest and greatest in vehicle and powertrain engineering, with a strong emphasis on engine technology. In 2008 there were a significant number of very well attended hybrid powertrain related papers, perhaps reflecting the thoughts of the European industry. CPT focused on its micro-hybrid capability, exhibiting its dynamic VTES unit and showing the production level SpeedStart units for the first time.
